Steve Ricci apprenticed at Sabitino’s in Rome at the young age of 16. After 
many years in Europe, he returned to Canada and developed his own 
distinctive style, which he displayed at Jump, Centro and Prego Della 
Piazza.


Steve’s food philosophy is based on the exploration of classic foods 
added with new tastes and harmony of flavors. His menus join together 
the celebration of nature’s beauty and diversity.
He continues to refine his food by bringing new and exciting 
dinning experiences to the tables and guests of the Windsor Arms Hotel.
