Claire Smith, head of spirit creation and mixology at Belvedere Vodka, is back with another twist on a classic cocktail. This time, she drew her inspiration from The Big Lebowski with a take on a White Russian that she calls The Dude. Best enjoyed while wearing boxers or lounge pants, a tee and a bulky knit cardigan.
