Zane Caplanksy, owner of Toronto's only place to get legit smoked meat, Caplansky's, is a busy guy. The proprietor of the eponymous deli appeared last year on Dragon's Den and got rejected. No matter. Cuz, Thunderin' Thelma is a huge hit and was just featured on Food Network Canada's Eat Street. That's right: The Caplanky's food truck.
