9 REASONS TO SWITCH YOUR CIGARETTES FOR A VAPE

In recent years, vaping has become a popular alternative to smoking. If you are trying to quit smoking cigarettes, then you may have already considered getting a vape kit or e-cigarette to use instead. One of the hardest parts of quitting smoking, once you get past the nicotine withdrawal symptoms, is to crack the physical ‘hand-to-mouth’ habit of smoking and find alternatives to the social aspect, such as no longer taking smoking breaks with your workmates. Since most smokers try to quit due to worries about their health, it makes sense to switch to vaping, which has now been proven to be much better for you.

REASON #2: SKIP NICOTINE WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS

If you’ve ever tried to quit smoking by going cold turkey or know somebody who has, then you’ll probably know just how difficult it can be. Although there are more rules and regulations involving vaping today than there were when it first started getting popular, it’s still a much more socially acceptable habit than smoking cigarettes.
