1. IMPROVE YOUR DIET

While you don’t have to necessarily stop eating the foods you love, you should absolutely start eating more nutritional foods. That way your body can get what it needs in order to work properly. Who hasn’t had a terrible day at work simply because their brain feels like it isn’t working? You can avoid this feeling by improving your health. 2. GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Sleep is an obvious source of energy in the morning, but did you know that your bedtime routine can affect how well rested you are in the morning? 4. HAVE FUN
